The organization was granted its certificate of incorporation on June 30, 2022, and is identified by the Ontario Corporation Number 1000247709. This certification by the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services marks the legal establishment of the Institute, allowing it to operate under the provisions set forth by Ontario’s legislation for not-for-profit entities.
